Our mission is to provide high-quality care for vulnerable adults in comfortable accommodation, through a commitment to the core values of trust, autonomy, openness, transparency, integrity, consistency, mutual respect and duty to service. University Care aims to set and maintain the highest standards of good practice within an environment that encourages residents to thrive as individuals and employees to practise as caring professionals.
Care Provider / Director - Susan is devoted to care and wished to provide for residents with her own ideas. In 2011 she set up University Care and guides the company to reach high standards. I have worked in Social Care for over 15 years.
Company Director - With over 13 years experience in the care home sector, I started University Care with Susan to provide the best care practice for vulnerable adults. I enjoy snooker, motorsports and my 5 dogs.
Senior Manager / Business Strategy Advisor - QCF Level 5 Diploma for Leadership and management in Adult Health & Social Care and Children and Young People's Services. I enjoy taking my 2 dogs out, Chelsea FC and UFC & Boxing. I have worked in Social Care for over 15 years.
Registered Manager - Worked in care for over 20 years and studying to level 5 NVQ in health and social care. I enjoy spending time with my Husband and pets, especially walking my French Bulldog Buka. I am most proud of my Son and love family time. I enjoy reading and am a member of ‘Sunday Club’ who socialise together most weeks.
Registered Manager - I have worked in care for over 10 years. I have my Level 5 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care and Level 3 Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Out of work I enjoy reading, writing stories and refurbishing old doll houses.
Deputy Manager - I have worked in care for several years and have enjoyed my time so far. I have completed my level 2 diploma and currently working towards my level 3. I love to spend time with my family and friends outside of work.
Deputy Manager - I am currently undertaking my diploma level 5 in Adult Health and Social Care.
Support Worker - I have worked in care for 4 years and enjoy my role, especially getting to put a smile on someone’s face despite their difficulties. I am a family man and enjoy time with my children. I am a keen motorcyclist and enjoy long rides across country.
Support Worker - Worked in care for around 2 years and am new to University Care. I am enthusiastic in my role and look forward to completing my level 3 NVQ in the coming months. I enjoy football, both watching and playing. I enjoy watching movies, travel and visiting new places.
Support Worker - I have worked in care for a number of years and really enjoy getting to know our residents on a personal level and making a positive impact on their lives.
Night Support Worker - I currently hold a diploma level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care and am undertaking my diploma level 3. I'm a die a hard Nottingham Forest fan.
Support Worker - I have a diploma level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care. My passions are Everton Football Club and my family. I also enjoying skiing.
Night Support Worker - I am the longest service employee at University Care and have a level 3 diploma in Adult Health and Social Care.
Support Worker - I have a diploma in Adult Health and Social Care, currently undertaking my level 2.
Support Worker - I have a level 2 diploma in Adult Health and Social Care, currently undertaking my level 3. I enjoy online gaming and my XBox.
Support Worker - I've recently started working in care, before that I spent 8 years plus working as a chef. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and training in kickboxing. I also play ball hockey nationwide.
